Just FYI... on a stock height FX with the wheels turned all the way to the right you can reach it without jacking up the vehicle. Just reach in with a half-inch ratchet & 24mm socket and give it a 1/8 turn. That's how I do it anyway.

I plan to do this little adjustment on the steering wheel bolt this weekend, possibly Friday late afternoon. I don't mind to give you a hand at that while I'm doing mine. Just to warn you I have not done this before though and I'm in Aurora if you come out :eek.:

I found it impossible with H&R's, aftermarket wheels and GTSpec bars, unless I removed the wheel.

I also turned mine about a full turn and it's been over a year with no issues. I did FX45CHICAGO 1/4 of a turn.

the pics i posted are just to show where the bolt is, taking the wheel out is not necessary. my FX is at stock height and i just went underneath and tightened it a little at a time. it's easy. just turn a little, drive and see if that's enough, if not, turn more, repeat. different cars need different amount of turns. don't just go give it two full turns. :wink (2):

wassup la fx how did it turn out?
