Some nice shoots of your FX by the water. I would love to spend the night at that log cabin. Thanks for sharing Joe.
 
Thanks guys, it's so gorgious out there. That cabin is actually available to rent for a week at a time, it's on it's own island and has 14 bedrooms, crazy:eek.:

Was there two months ago... very nice place and cabins for rent everywhere.. for a few grand a week, can't beat the view and outdoor activities.

Did you take the little lady? Make the freedom of roadtrips a staple of your relationship! Ahh, the open road and scenery everywhere.
 
Yep took the fiance' with, had a great time! Went to NMU for college, haven't been back in 9+ years till now. I miss how care free and open it is. Winter is a different story up there. Just need to learn to love snowmobiling.
 
Love the UP when I had the chance to get up there. I'm still dreaming of the food I got at Congress Pizza in Ishpeming.

Ishpeming isn't far from where I was at. My buddys lake house is in Champion and we spent some time in Marquette. The food is always good up there! Villa Capri has the best Italian food I've ever had, hands down. Togo's also has spectacular subs. We did go to a new place on superior called Latitude. The fish was so fresh, it was flapping before melting in your mouth. I would so move there if I could make a good buck. And yes, the Machines always concour winter blues!
