Rear license frame spacer

I bought a pair of infiniti logo metal license frame from ebay. I noticed there are two black foam spacer on the rear license mounting area. But seems like the frame will still touch car body. I worry if this is going to damage the car paint.

Any suggestion? should i stick on rubber/foam spacer underneath?

I say go for it. Stick those rubber spacer on. They should help protect the paint and minimize the chance of rattling.
