Hi
does anyone have UR crank pulley installed in 07 or 08 FX35? UR's website only listed for 03-06... and i believe ac belt is different then 03-06 so what size of belt should i get.

Thanks a lot in advance

I think jbaker1121 used to have that pulley installed...

yessir! I loved it
bump for 07-08 FX35er with UR pulley

Im pretty confident that the 03-08 pulleys are all the same size, as long as you get the stock-sized lightweight pulley you should be fine.

I think the reason it only lists 03-05 is because that's when they made them, before the 06-08 were 'different'.

You can always call and double-check. They are actually in NY on long island, I ordered my pulley from their shop as a walk-in. You can always go there in person and have them do measurements to make sure it's the same. They were really helpful when I went.
Good luck!

I have the lighweight stock size on my 06....it should fit the same. Same exact
engine as 07/08 so shouldn't be any issues...

Thanks everyone for the information.

I got the underdrive UR pulley, now i have to figure out what size is the alternator belt.

belt is shorter on 08...

08 FX35: GATES Part # K060450

05 FX35: GATES Part # K060465

Pulley makes it feel like the revs climb higher but overall it doesn't do much actual power-wise....I had the UR pulley on my 05 fx...waste of money and install price IMO

JB,
It’ll be my third time changing the belt out in less than 1.5 years and my stock pulley is all rusted out. So I was thinking that’s the main reason why I haven’t getting the pull when I hit the gas. I know the UR pulley was one of your many mods on you old ride. With that taken into consideration, you wouldn’t recommend me getting the UR pulley even though I’ve got to replace the old stock pulley?

If you absolutely need to replace the pulley then I would say go for it, because they are prob around the same price. Labor is what kills it.

In post#5 above you said you loved the UR pulley, what happened over the last eight months to change your mind?

Well I did love it for what it was, but I don't recommend people getting an aftermarket pulley in general no that we're on the topic of buying bolt ons etc in other threads.... unless you need it or are dying for another mod...the install costs outwieghs the cost benefit of buying it in the first place....

Still confused about the UR crank pulley (stock diameter)Part id: 021011512. Can someone confirm if it will fit a 2007 FX35 AWD please?I’ve reached out to several venders trying to confirm before placing the orderbut none of them every got back to me.
