Vibration While Braking

So today i was driving down the Garden State in NJ and when i would hit the brakes the car would start vibrating as if something was under the wheels. Felt a little bit like the anti lock brakes going into action. No idea why it happened on the highway...:confused:

Any ideas?

neverming guys I found the answer on the forum sorry...
 
so you felt it in the brakes, did your steering wheel vibrate?, does it always vibrate?, or it was just that one time..
 
i have a thread about vibration.. honestly i think i have had all sort of vibrations and for what you are saying it sounds like warped rotors or your tires/wheels need to be balanced.
 
Well it was really strong it happned just one day. It was about 95 that day not sure if it makes a difference. Anyway, the problem is gone now. Not sure what it was
