F XXX :: 2004 Infiniti FX35

Right on :good:

They are made by a local guy Novustech, Blain hooked me up with him

---------- Post added at 12:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:44 PM ----------

he is going to make me some 5 mm spacers that are hub centric then wheel centric on the other side for my works

I picked up a set of 20" Weds Kranze Chrishna 3 piece wheels for the FX
These will be an ongoing project, I plan to refinish the faces and step lip them up to 21"

Nice. Aside from the tire issue, I think 21's are the best size wheel for the FX.

Love the Weds.

There is definitely A lot to be desired in 21 inch tire sizes, but it is very hard to find Japanese 3 piece wheels in 20,21,22 they are out there but not like if you are looking for 18 or 19s

Yeah for sure that's gonna look sick. I love your setup right now, but all black is so tough, the contours and edges all end up just blending in, a few light edges and maybe a splash of colour and it will look wicked.

I got that these at a price that allows me to keep my Work wheels and build these over time.

My Work wheels are currently at the shop for powder coating :)

hey is there a writeup on the euro taillight mod? I like that look alot!!!

There is no write up to my knowledge, My friend did this mod for me. it is pretty involved, the tail lights need to be opened the leds need to be changed to the amber color then the wiring and diodes he added to make sure everything functioned properly. Im not sure you average person would want to tackle this.

At one point we were going to try make a plug and play harness for this mod but that kind of died off.

yea a member just contacted me saying he's done a few sets and it's pretty involved. Or it will cost me A LOT of money for him to make me a set. I thought it would be a fun project for the summer if there was a DIY or something but there doesn't seem to be one.

Are you supplying the lamps or do you need them too ?

I was looking into getting these style:

But the guy wanted 2k USD for a set, with our exchange rate it became 3K for a set of tailights. I can't justify that right now.

oh damn!!! These weren't anything close to it, but with exchange rate, shipping and a set of sport tails, it would be over 1500$ Canadian.
I wish there was a DIY with pictures I can follow, I am stupid for wiring anything. I can solder ok if I know what I need to do, can't figure anything out on my own haha
