Awhile ago i won a contest and recieved the infiniti Elite service plan. What so special about it. Whats different from the other ones? IS there something they have to do?

Haha, last dealership I went to, all the tech's had these lab coat looking things on like scientists, but blue.

My local dealer employs the lab coat dress code as well. Then you ask them a technical question when they don't have their FSM handy and you get this:

It is all the scheduled maintenance for the first 50K miles. When you purchase it, it is sold as being cheaper than the current cost of the services.
