Lowering car void warranty?

Im thinking yes? or am i wrong
It would only void the warranty on anything that is affected by your suspension.

I would not be in a rush to do it until someone starts to produce camber arms or something to correct the alignment after you lower it.
I had to take my lowering springs off because of this.

Would this also apply to the H & R's. I just ordered mine for my 2009 FX35. How does it affect the alignment?

It shouldn't void the warranty with the H&R's or any other spring company. I have them as well already installed. Rear camber is off a bit but looks and handles sweet. If you don't put a crazy amount of miles on per yr its not a big deal. + your driving a $50k vehicle anyway so money for tires shouldn't matter.
 on pulling the trigger on H&R's

As to the alignment the H&Rs will affect it more than the Eibachs since it is a greater drop. You will need something to correct it if you are concerned about tire wear. But , it will look sweet.

Hm, i guess ill wait on cambers then.
Like Jesse said, if you don't put a lot of miles on then put them on. I loved mine for both the looks and handling, but I would have to replace my tires in two months on my summer trips :eek.:, so I had to take mine off.

It definitely voids your warranty on all suspension parts. I Lucked out because the head mechanic at the Inifiniti Dealer near my house has an 07 FX35 and wants to put springs on his truck. He says if I do the work at the dealer, they'll honour my warranty on the suspension in full. Only problem is forking out 109.95/hour for the work.
