2008 fx35 AWD Intake question.

imo, save your money and just get any Ztube and k&n drop filter. some members had reported of hp lost with weapon R, if you want the details then "search" is a tool.

good luck and have fun!

Not sure what your budget is, but you may want to look into the Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer and MREV lower plenum (especially if you plan to upgrade your exhaust). I have the Motordyne combination with a K&N and Z tube, and not only did I get a decent gain across the board (butt dyno), but I have a decent low end torque increase (which I expect to lose a little of that when I install my exhaust - hopefully for a net low end gain, as opposed to a loss if I didn't have the spacer / lower plenum installed).

MREV is mostly for the top end. Much better gains for the rev-up engine, which we don't have. Here's Will's thread and dyno chart about it: ///5049

Edit: Will had the MREV, now it's the MREV2. I'm sure you could talk to Tony at Motordyne and he could tell you if it's worth the cost.

Correction on my part - I have the MREV2 (I just did this install a couple months ago).
