Humming noise between 90-110KM/H

Hi guys, i have a 2010 fx35 awd, first heard this in between humming and whining noise (mid-high pitch) before the car was even broken in. It mostly occurs at 90km/h, and ends somewhere around 110km. Noise appears when accelerating and goes away immediately as a release the gas pedal, comes back on if i hit the gas again, as long as its driving within 90-110. Also if the rpm is over 3000, i wont be able to hear the noise, not sure if its the engine sound covering it, or it just actually disappear.

Took it to the dealer when i got 12000km on it, but the car didn't make the noise when i tried to show them, service guy there told to put more mileage on as maybe the car is still breaking in, and the noise might be gone. I have 15000KM on it now, and the noise still exists.

Today i sat on the backseat, seems i can hear the noise more frequently at the back, and i think its coming from the exhaust.

Could any of you please give me some opinions regarding this whining/humming noise that i hear? Any DIY ways to check where the noise is comming from exactly. its really annoying, and i would really like it get fixed as the car is still under warnty. and should i get the car checked by a auto shop b4 going to the dealership since i would have some sort of evidence? cuz i think all dealership BS, try to save money on under warnty repairs.

Have same thing. it is normal according to service department. They told me all 2010 does it.

Probably just some sort of exhaust drone/resonance. For those who are wondering, it's between 55-70 mph.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I seem to have this sound too. It's coming from the back somewhere. Not too sure what it is though but I noticed it for the first time today. I think with all the sound deadening I've done I can now hear things I've never heard before lol.

When I'm accelerating at 50-60 mph I can hear the noise and then it goes away after I let off the pedal. It must be normal though since your car was brand new and it was doing it. I think it's the exhaust but I'm not too sure. I sounds like a low pitch whine noise.

I also notice the G sedan loaner does it too.
