2003 FX35 AWD
Hi all,

My name is James, im 27 and I have just taken possession of a 2003 FX35. After we searched high and low through tons of different cars we luckily stumbled into the FX at the dealership with a "whats that thing" curiosity. Me being 6'10" and her wanting to drive something that insn't "too big" made this a perfect fit that looks insanely sexy in that black paint. It had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a very reasonable price so we jumped onto the Infinti wagon.

After 24 hours of ownership my mind has already got me way too deep into debt with mods and customization. :laugh:

Anyway, I eagerly look forward to loving this new ride for a very long time.

+1. 6'10"? Damn, the FX is gonna love you. Welcome to the forum and don't forget to sign up for NWFX man, Spring meet Mid may after Tchuck has his first kid =).

LOL, you have no idea how excited I was to be able to wiggle BOTH knees while driving. My size has acclimated me to the notion of compromise when it comes to most any material object. That being said, I gladly allowed for the slight poke in the thigh from the seat controls to be the worst thing about this vehicle. :wink (2):

I'll see what I can do about getting some pics.

Now if this damn rain would ever stop, we could all meet up. It was like 45 degrees today in Portland! Eeeek :mad.:

That is a little nerve racking. Going from a ford truck with paint I truely cared less about and wouldnt notice a new scratch if I tried, to this.... I am not that guy that parks 4 empty rows farther away :eek:
 
Welcome to :iS:.. Take a pic of your car soon, that way you'll remember what she looked like when she was stock.. This forum will sink it's teeth in and the mod bug keeps biting.

Hey hey. Welcome. Another nwfxr as I like to call them. I have an Obsedian Black myself and those scratches do bug me. But, I've owned 2 black vehicles so I'm used to it.

my last black auto was a harley F150, who's paint randomly exploded in tiny little cracks all over the rear half, like the black coat was too thin and the sun stretched it too far or something, that was a sad day when I noticed it. :frown:


i traded it in after a very nasty dust storm (in Phoenix, AZ) about 3 weeks later :smug:
