Lexani CVX-55: 22x10.5, Will it fit??

i think the wheel would have cleared the caliper if you went with a different offset.
It looks like you shaved off about 5mm

so 30-38 would have worked to be safe

Note I didn't have issues clearing the caliper in the conventional sense. The pad of the wheel was too wide in diameter, much wider then it should have been. As I understand it, having a different offset would mean the wheel would either be closer to the center of the vehicle, or out farther, neither of which would impact the overall diameter of the wheel pad.

It was an odd issue. One of the wheels I got didn't have the pad machined (tapered in) at all, where the other 3 were machined they just weren't tapered in enough. So appeared to be a very strange situation that getting a different offset wouldn't have made any difference.

oic sorry for the confusion i would have ask for a discount being that they wernt machined correctly.

I ended up getting them for free, the credit card company gave me a chargeback. In addition to the hassle, the wheels had some very minor damage (scuffs, one rim has a ding in the chrome), and they tried sticking me with an extra $400 shipping charge after the fact. When I filed my challenge with the credit card company I gave them all this information and they gave me a chargeback.
