Quick question - can you enlighten me on where you got your window tinting done and the % you used? Thanks in advance.

jbaker....so what mods have you done already? It feels like it's been awhile since you got the 50 and I'm excited waiting to see what you do and started off with some good mods, but haven't heard of anything lately? Keep it going! I'm watching what you do! lol

Nothing. haha. I'm really busy this summer trying to work every day that I can because I also have an unpaid internship starting next summer.
The funds are growing but I am being smart about modding the FX this time, not like last time where I bought every single bolt on possible with really nothing to show for it. I am going to do an exhaust, but nothing crazy loud like my last one...its going to be more of a tuned, exotic note with the v8. I'm going to do some exterior stuff and prob throw the GTR wheels on, and that's really it besides adding some subs.
I'm going to wait for coils before I lower it, and am really not going to go bolt-on crazy. Maybe an STB.
Also ordering a bunch of the KP technologies products: Navigation "OK" bypass, independent Foglight control, window and sunroof opening/closing from key fob (to go with the factory windows-down keyfob action)
Right now I have the stubby antenna, yellow fogs, and the full factory aero kit.
FX50's are already a pretty rare sight, and one with the full aero kit is unseen, so I already stand out with just OEM parts.
I'm planning on getting rid of all the chrome, and tinting the tails, painting headlight housings, and not much else. Like I said, I'm not going to go crazy with this one, I need to start saving up since I graduate college next year and will probably move out depending on where I go for law school.
The FX50 will still be fresh, don't you worry.

Also got a few shots in of my friend's G37 (he got rid of it two days ago for a new G37s convertble, so he wanted so good, "last" shots...too bad he had the stock bumper on for these)

JB, I was going to order the navigation OK bypass, but then read on a few forums that it actually does not allow you to use the video while driving....I was like whoa what???? Obviously I want it for the OK bypass, to use all the features while driving, including video, but they have made that not possible for liability reasons. I was thinking of hooking up videos through the aux port and play movies through my ipod classic, but now I'm contemplating on what to do.......did you know this before the purchase?
Are you installing all the KP stuff yourself?

I didnt get the deluxe I just got the OK bypass module...I dont watch videos or anything anyway lol so I didnt think I needed the deluxe.
Also about the GTRs, idk If I am running them on the 50 or not yet to be honest.:tonguey:

Dealer made a lot of money off that kid; leases aren't supposed to be modded since you are only borrowing the car.
Did he lease the G37 vert as well?

I think he actually financed the vert this time around...
They made a "deal" he only ended up paying for the wheels missing, the hood, the fenders, and the cats.
Thnks bro. Yeah it was looking kind of sad in this "shoot" because it was getting turned in soon.
he used that car for drifting so it was really beat to shit, then he had to replace the fenders so he bought some cheap fiberglass ones, which broke easily....he ruined his aftermarket bumper so threw the stock on, etc. etc.
THis was before he was trading it in so he took the aftermarket bumper, sport springs, and a few othe rthings off.
That vented CF hood, those wheels, and the Meistershaft axelback are all going on the g37vert

Jordan, last fall I saw a black FX with the full aero kit parked at the public lot in Hartsdale next to the IHOP. I haven't seen it around since. I wasn't a big fan of the kit, but seeing it on yours I think it looks good. Perhaps it has grown on me. I opted to color match all of the OEM moldings and popped on the 2011 skirts with chrome trim pieces to match my chromed Enkei FX50 rims - I think it looks sick and have had at least 10 people stop and ask me about both the rims and paint job in the last month. Doesn't seem like your a fan of chrome, but I just popped up a pic of mine tonight if you want to check it out and comment...pics aren't great and I will post more but it will give you an idea...

\yeah Im not a fan of all the chrome, I think they orverdid it with all fo the chrome/alloy all over.
Your FX is nice, but not really my style.
