2nd gens ride softer than the first gens. Suspension geometry and parts are different.

I'm 99% sure it does not have the tech package. From the pic, the windshield where the mirror is is very thin, which is how the ones without tech package look like because then the lane changing camera, rain sensing, etc are all not there. If you look at any of the FXs that have the tech, you'll notice it's a lot wider. This is what is noticeably very different from Jordan's picture.
Jordan-> You'll know if you have tech if besides the windshield difference, the front bumper driver side has a laser, plus all the tech buttons to the bottom left of the steering wheel where you would notice auto mirrors, auto leveling headlights, etc, or if from the steering wheel you would know if you see adaptive cruise control and lane departure prevention.
The other thing that looks really wierd to me is the headlights don't look tinted at all. i'm comparing them to some pictures of my FX50S and they are soooo much darker. hmmmm. I guess the blue slate makes the headlights look not tinted or maybe it's just the lighting of the picture

By the way, if I wouldn't have picked white (my #1 fav), I would have picked blue slate....I saw another FX50S in blue slate and it looks gorgeous. Congrats on the purchase!

I know I noticed that too. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the tech package. Jordan if it had the tech package there would be a sensor and camera mounted to the front windshield for the lane departure prevention system the the rain sensing sensor on the front.

He does not have the darker headlights like you Jonas because he does not have the S model.

Yes! you are right. so many options and configurations to remember! lol. I was slightly worried for Jordan that maybe it was a FX35 being sold as a FX50 with the FX50 21s. Especially here in Michigan, I see so many people re-badge cars to be something else especially badging regular and GT mustangs to Cobras. In fact, 1/2 the time I would go out on mustang meets, I would be asked if I had a real cobra or not and sometimes people wouldn't believe me until I opened the hood. Remember a few months ago when there was a iS member that bought a AWD FX cause they dealer salesman told them and bought primarily because of that, but when he got home it wasn't? I'm glad it's not the case with this. Knowing Jordan, he's probably going to tint it even more than the S model would be and make it even look better!

not likely.. thats why vehicles have VIN numbers bro... plus the FX50 has a V8.. plus JB being having a Infiniti for a while to be fooled in such way by a dealership...

yeah man well I drove it last weekend for the entire day (more like 4hours) but it was nice...then I got back in my fx35 and was like ughhhh
I guess I need to go back to school... Then maybe I could afford some mod$! LOL, 2 kids in college don't count

the ride is comparable to my fx35 on eibachs but If I were to get brand new struts and take off all the rbacimng...its soft but it still stiff and agressive...

its not an S so it has regular chrome lights etc.....i need to double check the sticker for the tech.

just checked the sticker......
and dealer must have taken it out of my glovebox I guess when they were detailing it....
so yeah, idk. Maybe it doesnt have tech, but it has nav and all the interior tech goodies and stuff, and I discussed how I wanted the aero kit despite the fact it was tech with them, so idk. it seems to have everything, cruise mode controls on the steering wheel, etc. For now we'll say FX50 OEM+ haha
