i found a set of decent 22" wheels locally the only problem is they come with tires but are 245/35/22. they were on a lexus gs400 and i dont think the guy will part them out. how stupid would it be to put 245s on a fx35? i've never seen anything smaller than a 265...

U can sell the tires unless they are badly worn ive sold tires on craigs list plenty of times how wide are the rims??? Worst case u wont have rim protection. But i would go wider on the tires if u can.

yeah u should be able to sell them for like 400 to 500 on craigslist, spring is around the corner. I mean you can take a chance but for the peace of mind I would get some wider rubber on the fx.

i will offer him a lower amount and try and sell the tires but i dont think he will go any lower to be honest. he is asking 1300 for chrome venti strada wheels w/hancock tires 90%

Personally, I would go wider tires. OEM specs is 265, unless it's for winter tires, I will not go any narrower on tires.

Lots guys here with 22's running 285 with 40 or 35 profile.
