Why are my LED lights dim down when I don't even have them on?

Just after having flickering problems with another bulb today, I noticed all of my interior LED lights are dimmed down when their not even on. They don't turn off till I fully shut down the car. But anytime the car is on, they stay lit up. Anyone know what's wrong? I noticed Jbaker had this issue too.

Dam those super lights! :(
 
It seems that this happens to LEDs because there is a small amount of current in the lines at all times that wouldn't light up an incadescent bulb
