I'm addicted to clicking New Posts and have to go through every post until I see no new posts. when I'm away from the site for only 2-3 days, I have 100+ threads with multiple posts I need to go through. I hope to accomplish my first step by acknowledging this is a problem and seeking help.

cancel your cellphone carrier n go to walmart n buy those prepaid talk and text only phone, buy a hp with windows vista that comes preinstalled with so many programs your computer will run too damn slow, crash and frustrate you. give your car to your wife/fiance/gf/date/relatives to drive. that should solve the condition at least temporarily.
