GT-Spec front strut bar on a 05 FX35?

Will an air compressor be needed to remove the nuts?

No. A 12" socket wrench is more than adequate for most adults.

No air gun needed. Just be careful not to strip the nut.

Hahah thanks, I did try it with a socket wrench and I didn't want to push it to the extreme. It wasn't turning and I didn't want to do something wrong. I'm assuming that black spacer thing will need to be removed and not used?

Totally - 6 inches can make all the difference. :tongue (2):

I used a 24" breaker bar - didn't even feel like they were on tight when they broke loose.

To install the brace is this the steps?
remove bolts,
remove black spacer thing
install brace
tighten nuts?
do i really need to torque it? i dopnt got a torque wrench
