I was thinking to change my summer wheels with something less flasy, more sporty and more economical.
1. Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.3 20x9"

What do you guys think? You think it will look good? The rim weight in 20x9" is 31,9 lbs.

I don't think it is heavier than the stock 09 20's...and definitely lighter than my 22's...

I was comparing to some aftermarket wheel like OZ ultralegeggaras or my Enkei GTC 01 wheels. I know my Enkeis which are 8.5/20 weigh 24 lbs. There are lighter wheels than that out there.
Here are my Enkeis which are 7 lbs a wheel lighter then those you showed.

I know that there are aftermarket wheels lighter than this, like Enkei or OZ but they have one big advantage over those two manufacturers wich is the price. I can get this set at 1/3 of the cost of those two and i don't think the weight difference matters so much.

If weight doesn't matter to you (I thought it did because you mentioned weight in your post) then I agree with your choice and the reasons. Those wheels would look great on your ride.
I have aleays loved the look of your present 22s, I think they really go well with your FX.

It does matter but a difference of 7 lbs per wheel is almost neglectable for that price.

Man, i love them to but i am really undecided what to do. Keep them or sell them?
I drive mostly in town and range in the summer drops very quickly and i think is because of the rims. In the winter the range is ok for a car like this. Plus i think they have a too big bling factor. Apart from all this i receive compliments from everybody who sees the car. That makes me not to sell them...

LOL, I can understand your dilemma. Your present wheels do give a bit of bling and give your FX a very classy look, if you got those other rims, your FX would take on a totally different sportier look.
A tough choice. Perhaps a few photo-chops to see how it would look might help your decision.

I think some forged wheels would look better with a nice wide lip on them.

Wide lips look great except when you run 20s or smaller the wheel size actually looks smaller than they really are.

I really want to go with the sportier look for my FX. I think this wheels in 20"x9,5 will look awesome!
Team Dynamics Jade R Black

I really like them because they are concave with 35 offset.

Thanks! i really really like them and i am decided to buy a set. Too bad i can't find them in black anywhere in 20"x9,5 so i have to buy them in silver and powdercoat them.

Some pics in silver.

Silver one's on a Supra.

They are a great looking wheel baias. I also prefer the concave look. The wheels always look bigger in that style.

The one thing with these wheels is you will see your brakes much easier so a set of BBKs would look better with that set-up.

Yes, i know and i would love that. But, i run in the winter with the 18" stock wheels and i don't think the wheels clear them. And i am not prepared to sell them and buy a new set, because they are very good in bad weather...
So, you guys think i should go with these wheels?
The tires will be 275/45R20
1. Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

or
2. Goodyear F1

Tires in that size will be more than 1/2" shorter than the stock size. If you could I would try a 295/45/20, they are almost exactly the same height as your stock siziong., as long as they fit.
Or another option would be a 275/50/20 which would be just a touch taller than stock diameter.

I really want a 45 sidewall so 275/50R20 or 265/50R20 are out of the question. I think i can put 285/45R20 to be almost the same height. I think 295 are too wide for a 9,5 rim.
Why you wouldnt recomend me those tire sizes? The 22's has a 285/35R22 tires and the difference between those and a 275/45R20 in circumference is 0.2 inches. Do you think the gap is too big even when i will lower it?

I didn't recommend 285/45/20 because your tire choices are very limited in that size. If you are happy with the tire selection then that would be a good choice.
Your 22s are already 1/2" smaller diameter than stock tires and the choice you made took them another .2" smaller diameter so that equals .7" smaller diameter than stock sizes. You quoted .2" difference in circumference, that is wrong the difference in circumference is 1.8" (probably a slip of the pen:wink (2):)
