20x8.5 ET15

Is anybody running this fitment with 265/50-20? If so, does it rub?

I'm looking at the Falken RT-7M, which is not available in an ET20, which is unfortunate, as this would be pretty much perfect.

I am currently on stock 20x8.5 ET40 with 25mm H&R spacers, so I have an effective ET15. I'm running 265-50/20 NT420s.

Offset calculator indicates that the RT-7M would stick out an additional 6mm BUT if I'm running the same size tire, I don't believe that the top edge of the tire would be out 6mm, probably closer to 3mm.

I am running H&R springs, btw.

I want to get rid of the spacers, which is the reason I'm having fitment issues.

9.5 with an ET+15 works with H&R drop and sits flush according to at least 1 other member in the past.

It'll also fit exactly like your setup now. If you don't rub now, then you will not rub on the new rims.

This. Not sure what the issue is. Unless your close to rubbing now, it will be fine.
