How often to have valves adjusted?

I was wondering how often do you need to have your valves adjusted? I was looking in the service book, and it recommends to have your valves adjusted after a while or certain interval period.
 
you're already running past 30k miles. are you getting the obnoxiously loud ticking/clicking/grinding/blowing/blasting (ok i made up the last two words) noise? given the unnecessary loudness of the VQ engines, it wouldn't hurt to take a look at the adjustments. imo you're fine right how though.

My dealer told me to do it once every 50k ;-) Or often if needed.

cool bro.. if i get there first i'll ask too.. i need to take my FX to te stealership so they can replace the dashboard... i change my cats to aftermarket cats but one of the OEM cats is messed up so i will installed the oem cats so they can replaced them with new ones(hopefully).. and my wheel hubs are out of control so ill tell them to check them out..

so if i get to the dealer first i'll ask them bro..
