Question about front and rear differential

Just called dealership and they quoted me $235 plus tax.
and they said I have to get this done every 30k miles?
My car is already 5 years old, so I thought it might be a good idea to get this service done soon.
Maybe at 60k miles

I changed my diff oil and transfer Case oil for 60 bucks not inluding material all together came out to 120

That what I though........... a tranfer case & a rear differential..
There was no front differential ...
