Anyone know if the mid chassis will fit ok with aftermarket exhaust like invidia?? What about the rear lateral tie...I heard there are fitment issues?

Yes, mid chassis will work with most aftermarket exhausts. LaFX35 has invidia with mid chassis and I believe all the GT spec braces.

GT Spec can supply extra spacers if clearance is an issue.
 
Yup. Full GTSpec braces. Mid Chassis brace is very noticeable. STB and rear lateral braces are all good. Not feeling any differences in ride/handling on the 4 point ladder, the front lower engine braces and the rear tie.
