GTSPEC Suspension Braces For 2009+ Infiniti FX35

damn.. that looks nice. I wonder if it will help at all w/ the handling seeing there's minimal body roll on the stock suspension. I'm also curious to see how the FSTB will fit over the FX35's mounting points. It looks awful tight with all the piping..etc especially on the driver side. Post install pics soon!

It will be a tight fit with all that piping on the 2nd gen, but they design them to go around that stuff.
 
Saw this on my friend's Facebook page. This is the 2nd gen FX that GT Spec fitted the strut brace on:

I think that's pre-order, not sure though. I thought they weren't in production yet but were just test fitting it for now.

Anyone know some of the cons of using a strut brace?

My friend's Z has a strut brace and when you go over a bump and it hits one side, the impact and vibrations from the left or right side transfer to the opposite side. The ride will be shaky and stiffer.
 
I never noticed any of that in my old Maxima or my friends G35.
It did stiffen it up somewhat, but not a lot.

What about this brace in the bottom of the pic that connect the camber arm points, it looks like a GTSPEC brace also, it has their colors.

Yes, these are the test fit pics on Calvin's FX.

I believe a GB has already started.

Yes, we have a total of 4 x braces.

1. Front strut brace
2. Front 4 Points Ladder Brace (front)
3. Rear 2 Points tie brace
4. Rear 2 points lateral tie brace

Strut tower brace and the front 4 pts ladder brace will have the most effect on the new FX.

The two rear tie braces (#3 and #4) should be purchase together to have the full effect.
