Hello guys, I just wanted to see if anybody could help me in my desicion with my new purchase.
I have an 06 FX35 AWD with stock wheels and tires adn I am planning to change them for a new set of 22's.
After a long time of searching, I came down to these 4 options :

a) vossen-wheels-vvscv1

b) vossen-wheels-vvs078

c) vossen-forged-wheels-vf051

d) gianelle-spidero_5-machined

(sorry I can't post the whole link yet)

what would be your option out of these 4 ?

Now, I would like to go 22 X 10.5 on all 4 wheels ( so I can rotate them) but the guy at the store told me that it won't be possible for the front wheels since they will rub, so he suggested me to go staggered and use 22 x 9 for the fronts.
If I chose the staggered option, do you think I can use a tire size of 305/40/22 for the rear and 285/40/22 for the fronts ? Will they rub or Will I have any problem with the AWD system? What will you guys do?

I will really appreciate any suggestion.
Thanks !!!

i like 1, 3 and 4 but prefer them in black..GL

I've been thinking about #1 myself ever since the 22's came out and they posted the weights ... the 10.5" is a little over 29 lbs. of lipless, concave goodness.

#3 is a no brainer. Forged multi-piece wheel. You should be able to order it with whatever offsets you choose.

I am running 20 x 10.5 all around with +43 offsets and 295s. I would suggest 22 x 10.5 offset of around +35 with 295s rubber on them.

Shoot those are around 1600 a piece!!!!!!

So the multi piece can be disassemble anytime? Is it sumthing that can be diy?

Once they are true 2 piece or the holy grail 3 piece (IMO only) disassembly is easy as pie. Reassembly requires tightening the bolts in a star pattern, the correct torque specs per the manufacturer, and a bead of silicone to prevent air leakage. If you use new bolts it can be costly but worthwhile. Some manufacturers require disassembly to check for damage every race season (not required since these wheels are not seeing track days). Most rebuild with bigger lips, this was in the euro scene, the VIP scene, and more recent US hellaflush revival.

I'll say again #3 followed closely by #1.

you sir have good taste.

i would go with either 1, 2 or 3. I love 4 too, but its been done before. Lets see something different ;-)

I know "it's been done before" but I still like #4.
What color is your FX?

The spidero 22's are pictures 6 through 11 from the top.
The black ones look sick!
