side mirror (driver side) problem

I am having problem with my side mirror (driver side) where it works at certain times. I sprayed wd40 to see if it will help but it did not. Can anyone help? Do I need a new motor?

My passenger side mirror works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't, it also likes to move on its own.

i recall reading your post.. so your mirror moves on its own? can you elaborate?

It will not stay at the adjusted position after I turn the car off and restart it, it tends to wanna move towards the car.
