Here is the DIY for the Rear Akebono Caliper Retro-fit.

Since the front is direct bolt-on, I did not go over in much detail.

Is there anyone who works for a Nissan/Infiniti Dealer who knows how much the dealer will charge for front calipers. I just called a nissan dealer and they said they are around 380 a piece!

Sorry to bring up the "old" thread, but I want to make sure. So, i saw several people here mention that front Akebono calipers will be "direct bolt-on". Does that mean to the current 1st Gen rotors? Or is it direct bolt-on after 2nd Gen rotors (or similar aftermarket ones) are put on the front?

You need a rotor from a 2nd Generation FX, OEM or Aftermarket.

PS I might be selling the full set of used Akebono Calipers(not 100% sure yet).

$50 each? How can you be so lucky? Can you please post the link where you bought it from? I did this project a few months back and may want to do it for my wife's ride too.
