i don't think DT messed it up for me, i had to take the spacers off before balancing, after wards, i got home, put the spacers on and tightened the lugs 85 lbs of torque on all wheels. which means the whole thing ended with me. and i can swear i did it right.

oh i forgot to mention that i was there watching them the whole time and they didn't use an air gun.
I installed 30mm ichiba v2's in the front and 25mms in the back. Drove out on the highway this morning and the steering wheel was shaking like crazy. Especially over 60+ mph. When I dropped the car off at a local tire shop I specifically told them to torque them to 85 ft lbs. Prior to installing the spacers the steering wheel vibrated a bit but it wasn't as SEVERE as it is now. The car also slightly pulled to the right BEFORE the spacers so it might be an alignment. But I am perfectly sure an alignment would only get rid of little vibrations and not this SEVERE steering wheel shaking. I can't rule out rotors now because they seem fine. My question is... How would this extreme shaking occur immediately after installing?? seems to me the problem is definitely not the tie rods. What do you guys think??
The problem would be the small shake you have before the spacers. As Ed (Chedman13), any imbalance will amplifies since the wheel is farther way from the hub with the spacers. Get the wheel perfectly balanced you should be fine. Oh, just so you know... call your shop to before you go about car with spacers on. I know all shops around me won't touch cars with spacers on. As for the pull, an alignment will get rid of the pull.
