The carbon fiber ones would be sick with the right color. But just do what floats your boat. You have to drive it everyday, not us! Hope you like the finish look! Good luck.

CF on the sides of the car....that's gonna look odd...unless you're doing a total CF mod on a white FX, the color combo imo is just not going to fit well.

My wife got something when she drove our FX on the FWY 5 a day before yesterday...
It hit driver's side mirror and then hit both front and rear door pillar.





I'm sure it was pretty close but glad that my wife and baby are safe!!

It's time to change to LED mirror cover (^^; I asked KM Garage to send a it.

A friend at KM Garage told me that pillars are replaceable so, I maybe able to order them at infiniti dealer.
I checked out FX's service manual and infinitipartsusa.com but couldn't find them.

Is anyone got stock pillar replaced??

Yeah, my FX look too normal so I think stock pillar would be best.

The infiniti OEM ones are just a thin vinyl sticker so they wont cover up the dents you have there.
but they are
Left Front- 80817-CG110
Left Rear-82817-CG110

My FX is an 04 and as I posted earlier, I used the chrome strip, not on the pillars, thats too much chrome. Be very careful with the chrome pillar covers, hard to put on and worse to take off. I posted earlier that there is chrome under the faded part that we all complain about. That faded strip is a rubber/vinyl cover, it peeled off when I pulled the chrome strip to replace it. I slowly took it off the drivers side trim, looks really great. Now for the other side. The trim over the opera windows is plastic. no metal there.

Oh, I see what you are talking about now. So to complete the chrome trim around the windows, you can always buy the rear quarter windows with the chrome trim from the dealer to complete the look. They're expensive though. About $280 each.
