Did the trunk today. Basically I wasn't aiming to do 100% coverage. I only applied it on areas where I heard resonance:

Pictures fixed!

I'll test drive it later. But just to let you know the bass in the rear has made a HUGE improvement. Sounds like the system has been upgraded. I finally ran out of sound deadening already lol. I'm thinking about buying the foam noise barrier next to add over it. That will completely block out any sound.

Good work Aaron! youd make a ton if you had time to do work on the side ;)

I always have time to do work on the side. If your interested in something like this I wouldn't mind doing it for you at all :smile (2):

Forgot to mention I have my motorized retractable front plate now:

Going to install it next week myself. Turbocad is painting my brand new front bumper this week so hopefully I will get everything done.

I can see why that happens because there is a rubber cap that goes over the motor to keep water out. I'm going to seal it up with silicone so water can't get inside.

By the way if the motorized part stops working it also allows it to be retracted manually.

2 of my friends have the motorized one as well and the motor failed on both which halted me from buying one

Made this driving video today. Enjoy :

It's too quiet Aaron, I kept trying to hear your exhaust and I couldn't.

Haha yeah it got rid of the exhaust sound in the cabin which I'm kind of bummed about but it really cut down road noise. I guess you can't have both :bad:

If you haven't noticed you can't hear cars passing anymore either.

Yes, I did notice it was nice and quiet, you could not hear the traffic at all.
Your sound deadening project worked very well.

Ummmmmm... No :-)

It does feel like it though. When I close the doors now it feels like a vault inside. I notice there were these breather flap vent things in the back trunk of the car and I sound deadened over them. I don't know if that has anything to do with pressure inside.
