im new here,
and i have FX35 05 currently.

im comparing my car and 10 fx

i really like new fx's interior, but to me, 1st gen. fx exterior stilll looks better.

what you guys think?

should i stay w/ 1st gen. or go for newer?

Each one has it's strong points. You could test drive one for a day to see how you like the change.
 
for all the amenities it has, the 2nd gen is certainly the winner, 1st gen looks good but 2nd gen has that GTFO attitude.
 
welcome to :iS: i personally love my gen 1 at one point did not like gen 2 but it has started to attract me more what i love about it is the interior and it having more horsepower. But i guess do what the others have said and test drive it for a day or so im pretty sure a dealer is willing to do that for you to make the sale.
 
Welcome. I like the 2nd Gen better but it wasn't in my budget. Hopefully it will be in a year or two. No complaints from my FX now though.

A customized or modified FX is cool no matter what generation but there is more aftermarket support for the first gen.

Even thou the new fx has a nice redesigned exterior i personally like the 1st gen most... like u said the 2nd gen has a nice interior, but 1st gen's interior isnt that bad either. If you are into mods u should keep the 05, but if u arent, get the new one full equiped and u will be fine.

Personally, I like the exterior of the 1st gen and the interior/drivetrain of the 2nd gen. That said, the interior/drivetrain of the 1st gen isn't exactly chopped liver...
