IvoRoy's FX35 Pics (few mods)

It's been about 1 year since I purchased my 07 fx35 and have since done a few mods. Nothing too crazy, just mostly some cosmetic things here and there. Below are the things I've done. I've done everything myself, except the powder coating. I wish I had a big baking oven and a paint booth!

1. installed stillen intake + z pipe
2. replaced rotors with drilled/slotted rotorpros & hawk pads
3. painted brake calipers (matte black)
4. tinted front windows 35%
5. painted roof rails (gloss black)
6. vinyl film overlay on roof (matte black)
7. got my 20in damani rims powdercoated (textured black)
8. tinted my rear reflectors (smoke black)
9. put on a winglet

And currently in the works (6000k hid fog, headlights, dtrl, license plate lights being replaced)

Considering (gloss black vinyl on door & trim chrome pieces, paint emblem black or remove, etc.)

Hope you enjoy the pics!

nice ride love the color of the rims matches the ride very well

Thanks, my wife thought it looked like school bus wheels becuase it wasn't glossy. The powdercoaters did a very good job and the price was very reasonable.

Looks very clean, but is it durable??

This is the best black vinyl out there right now. They are about 2 or 3 times the price, but definitely worth it if you're going to wrap your fx with it. It has 10 years of life, but I'll replace or take mine off after 4-5 years. I have extra vinyl if any DIYers are interested.

I was right when I said yours is the real white beast. loving the black roof, black wheels and white color combo.

Thanks! Yeah, there's surprisingly alot of black on the car, so I thought I'd add some more to it. Are you doing any mods? It's hard to stop once you start...

I am making a list of things I will do starting this fall. right now i have this and that ideas derived from what other members have done. just a little confused about polished aluminum wheels after seeing your black ones.

Aftermarket wheels, or getting them treated (powdercoated)? Do what your gut tells you and I'm sure it'll look great. I didn't want gloss black wheels on my car, so I got mined textured black. Do tons of research and look at as many photos as you can before putting your money into it.
