You will need the clear for the reverse lights so I suggest having them cut it out.

it's there for a good purpose. Leave it as it is. the rest will still look very good after the rest of the changes take place.

Depends how dark your going, if your only doing a light tint like cheech I would say do the reverse too, but if your going for a darker more black tint then i would cut out the reverse lights

I would go with full dark too unless you live in the boony where there is no street light most of the time. IMO, cut out is tacky and doesn't look OEM. Would like to hear how it is done if you're doing it yourself.

im going to take it to a tint shop on monday morning for $50 , but i think is going to look much better if i dot cut out the back up light like you said it couls look more OEM. "how about the front head light and fog lights would you guy's normaly black it out to??

I personally saw Cheechitup's FX in real life, and it looks awesome! Leave it like his, you won't regret it! I will do the same thing to mine in the spring time. As for the headlights, I'm not sure, but I'm very curious to see how it looks like. Can you please post some pics once you are done with your tinting. Very much appreciated. Hope it turns out great!

yeah as soon i get them done on Monday ill post some pic's! i don't think the head lights would look to good having factory HIDs, so im going to end up having my tail lights and third light done only.

DONT do the film, it never looks as shiny/reflective after its stretched around all of the curves. Definitely have it painted by a pro....thats what I did and it looks great.

I was wondering how durable are the paint on the tail light? Normal car wash by hand should not be a problem, but how about going thru those "soft cloth" automatic car wash. There are a few months of frigid temperature around here that hand wash just not doable.

I went today and the morons cut the film wrong and they did not have any more film they had to order some more  I’m going to go check in a different tint shop today let see what happens! I don’t want to paint them just in case I get tired of them or something!
