About a year ago, rear hatch washer fluid stopped completely (not even a trickle) and dealer under warranty fixed it, explaining it had clogged. Always use washer fluid to keep line clear. Worked fine until just recently and fully stopped again. Don't think dealer will do it again since I'm out of warranty now. Any advice on how to gain access to the fluid line at the top (inside) of the rear hatch where fluid is dispensed? (Dealer said at the time it isn't easy.)

Looks like it might be time for a DIY rear wiper delete!!!

That fluid line is routed from the front of the car (engine bay) and the clog could really be anywhere in the line. I expect it would be close to the rear nozzle, but no way to tell without taking the hatch apart and inspecting it. It is definitely not easy to reach.

Remove the third brake light the hose is under it.
There are three plastic accses covers then remove three nuts that hold light on and the hose is attached to it. (be carefull when removing the three attaching nuts so you don't drop them down into the rear door.
