Not that I can't, but I have wasted too many weekends doing this with my past cars. I prefer to let someone else be the professional when it comes to suspension parts. Plus I have like half the tools as would be required.
Well then, be aware of how many hours the shop is allocating for the work in their estimate. The spring/shock swap is notorious for ridiculous quotes.
