ok, when you need something done that you can't do yourself then your only choice is to pay someone else to do it or don't do it, it's really that simple... when you don't know who can do it you look & ask others & find someone that can do what you need done. were just looking for basic welding & mecanical stuff, there are thousands of guys who can do this, you can find someone if you try. if the price is too crazy then you either pay the crazy price & get what you want or you just say forget it & don't do it.
if you go to a local race car fabricator, they can def do this for you. they can do everything from the strut mod, to the coil 1/2 cut to the installation & everything... they will not be familiar with what you are asking them to do, but, as long as you can show them what you want to do then they can do it. that's where we can help, by telling you what to tell them as to what they need to do. they will also be expensive... if you want it done well & are willing to pay what there going to want then that is your best option. they'll be able to look at your car & tell you how much you can go too without hitting the tire...
if your wheels are agressive & stick out then you may not even be able to go all the way, which is strut mod & 1/2 coil cut. I can't tell you how much is too much on your setup from here.
if just having a pro fabrication shop do it all for you is not something you want to pay for then your only other option is to get someone to do the strut mod welding for you, & then get any local mechanic to just install it. this will still cost you $$, but you can shop the install around & come out cheaper overall than just having a fabricator handle the whole job. if it's still more $$ than you want to spend then you either spend it anyway & get what you want or you don't do it.
you still need to have someone that has a clue look at your wheel fit now & see how much more room you got to go to begin with. there are plenty of welders out there that can do this strut mod... if you don't know any then you have to find one. they will all cost $$$ & you still have to buy a new set of kybs to start with too. where you are I'm sure there are plenty of people that can do this, it's too hard for you to do yourself & I'm not suggesting you do this yourself anyway, but for a pro there is nothing hard about this, but they will charge you. if you were local I could be of more help to you
if you want to do this, can't do it yourself, & don't want to spend what it'll take to have it done then your screwed. not knowing anyone that can do it is not an excuse, you can find a stranger & for $$$ they will do it if your willing to pay.
even after all this your fx will not be slammed & you will not tuck, it will be at best ~1"-1 1/4" lower in the front if your running a stock size tire & ~1/2" in the rear, that's it. enough to be nicer than it was but not really enough to impress any kind of show cars or anything. to go more would take a whole lot more money even & start to really destroy the ride & handling & probably require new wheels or new tires or both ... it is what it is...
what's your budget? what size are your wheels & tires? what's your rim width & offset? what springs are you on now?
