LED turn signal mirrors

Let's see some pictures!

I think most of the mirror mods come from eBay and look really good. Do a search on here and check out the ones that have them. I'd bet you got the same set as some of the guys on here.

I have to agree that turbocad side view mirrors are more presentable, but common we got to be realistic here not everyone is capable of dishing out money like he can (specially not me), not to mention it takes time, skills, & dedication to modify the mercedes turnsignal to our fx, and honestly i have very little of any one of those things. :tears:. I will keep those that might be interested on how the set up goes and if indeed is worth the money. Personally this is going to be my first mod, so i'm excited !!!!
 
i have had the first gen for about two years and i love them. color was a perfect match and they work perfectly. recently came out to find one had been broken off (as well as my roommates) so ill be getting the 2nd gen very soon.
 
Here are some pics of the turn signals that i bought about a month a go. I just received them yesterday, I was getting upset :mad:, I thought that they were trying to rip me off. All in all i am very satisfied with the end result. you be the judge ?????.

apparently when you go to the ebay site it is listed as though they are in CA, but I just think that they are a middle man for the sellers in Taiwan. I was surprised myself when I tracked the package through the USPS website.
 
I paid $206 total cuz I had them color matched, but I think that it is like $60 bucks less unpainted. After I purchased them through ebay I went to their official website http://lexussignals.com/ and they had it $20 cheaper (painted). I just checked their website but they didn't specified their price. look them up on ebay.
 
great.... now get them on. wiring them through the door will be key. try to tuck it inside the rubber piece. :wink:

are those smoke or clear? cant really tell. pics :tup:
 
they are smoked. I asked for them clear that company didn't appear to have it together. They left me in the air a lot through the process, and even e-mailed saying that my CHROME :confused:, when I paid for black covers were getting ready to be sent. In the end I was just happy that they send me the covers. I'm not very good when it comes to electrical, and mechanical stuff. I wanna see if any of the guy would help me out with this MOD when i attend the NY meet.
 
I agree the seller is a lacking in customer service, and I too was just happy I got them in one piece. besides the seller everything was good.
