Stu's FX Photos

I know I am new here, but I just dont understand the pointing of the antennae forward thing. Looks rediculous IMO.

Stu, nothing against you or your ride, which looks great btw. Im merely making an observation on something Ive noticed over the last couple months.

It's ok. Going back a few years, the Houston guys on the ORG would all point theirs forward to signal themselves to each other in traffic. All they had to do was look for the antenna. Jump forward a couple years and I posted a pic on here, and Psiclne, who also does it, said look a Dallas Rhino. Basically the antenna looks like a rhino horn. Not sure why it bothers you so much. I'd hate to see what you would do if someone had a more obvious change.

It's basically a tribute to Will, as he is the person I think of when someone says rhino.

yeah i mean it may look silly to some, but others want to do it. If he wanted to put a big set of longhorns on his hood, it will look stupid to some but he would like it.......
i would probably make fun though

Cool, thanks. I've been looking for a good site/forums to learn from. Ya, I'm decent with photoshop, but all of those pics went straight from my camera to the computer to photobucket.

thats what i do :)

My friend's dad actually had a car like that. I think he literally cut the top off though.

yeahhhhhh you should um...do that to the fx haha. not

Woah crazy bump! Ken and I were just talking about this thread today and how I never post in it. Anyways, yeah the brick interior is pretty cool. It's different looking but seems like it's almost a fake leather and holds up better against wear. With that being said, I saw one once that had a large blue stain around the lower back area.

I've noticed a handful of people do the antenna thing from pics on iS. I think some guys in Houston started it on the Org so they could spot each other around town. That's kinda why I did it, and because Will liked to call it a rhino. :tongue (2):

Nice pics! I really like the tails, I think that's going to be one of the first mods I'm going to do on mine.

I'm into photography myself, not an expert or anything but I was going at it hardcore for a lil while then it kind of died off on me a bit.

Do you take your pictures in RAW format? because you can import the pictures into photoshop and do alot of post processing to a RAW image. Otherwise the "Adjustment" tab in photoshop is really all you need to do for a lil post processing.

Nice ride! I was debating between getting a black FX or a silver one but I went with silver. I heard the black color is really hard to maintain but it looks so HOTT! Maybe I should've gone with a black one haha

And nice antenna (reminds me of a unicorn)

Some shots from my trek up Mt. Hamilton today. Definitely going back to get more shots when I have time. Such a great road to drive on, practically no straights. Always turning and braking.
