Does anybody know where there is good step by step instruction of a rotor/pad change for the FX?

Have you tried the service manual? I bought a DVD copy of the manual on ebay for like 6 bucks. Each section is linked to the table of contents so you can actually navigate around the manual, print out only what you need, then recycle the pages when you are finished. Pretty slick!
The stock brake system is pretty standard - it's not tough to swap out pads, but bleeding out the air is a tough one-man job. You'll just need to break two bolts, remove the caliper and pop out the old pads. Compress the piston, pop in the new pads and re-torque the caliper bolts. Manual has all the torque values listed.

I followed that guide and it was pretty straight forward. Ever since trying on my FX, i have changed pads and rotors and my other 2 cars.

The FX brakes are simple to work on. They are very similar to the G35 brakes. Only those without tools should take their FXs to get the brakes replaced.
