took a little longer making it 100% legal, but that's another story.

ill post up pics of my gs500 once I'm on the desktop

Well cash isn't there to get a motorcycle and its about to be winter! Concept little more difficult! but I'm excited to see some pics! not that i would take away from an FX meet but if its warm u should ride!

I would highly encourage anyone interested in learning how to ride to take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Course (MSF).

http://msf-usa.org

They have a series of classes from beginner (zero riding experience) to advanced (motojournalists take refresher courses every few years). Aside from the insurance discount many states will also waive the road test portion of the licensing process if you successfully complete the beginner MSF course. That's what I did and learned a ton of stuff that has helped me be a better rider and driver.

Just a few months ago I was hanging out with some friends here in turkey and came across some additional plastics for bike. Some in very good shape and some a little tattered. I fixed them all up and this what the bike looks like now for the winter.

Maybe I'll go back to blue come summer, but for now it matches the FX much better, lol...

Many moons ago I had a GS750ES (the year before it became the GSX-R). It was a ridiculous amount of fun. I had it on a dyno once and pulled 82hp (and weighed 500lbs). What's your R1 have, 140? I can't imagine how fast that thing must be...

Sent from my DROID RAZR

82 hp can still be fun. My 07 600rr probably has around 100hp to the wheel and with my weight of 145/150 its a good time. I easily keep up with my buddies on liter bikes in the corners. 600's are so flickable ...
