Enkei GTC 01 Wheel on my 09 FX35

Which one of us gets to start the "Hey IS members, how much do you weigh thread"!?.........
Ohhh, please don't go there, I have been enjoying my brown pops and BBQs too much lately.

Well I got My Enkeis installed today.

I love them.
I went from 18" OEM 8" wide (50mm offset), with the OEM Bridgestone Dueler in 265/65/18
to
20" Enkei Racing GTC 01 , 8.5" wide (40mm offset), with Yokohomas Parada Spec X in 265/50/20

The ride is so much better.

Here are some teaser pics, my FX is dirty since the round trip ride to the tire shop was over a 5 hour drive and half of that was in rain.

nice!!!, now step away from the fx & take some overall shots

did you happen to weight them?
I will take pics of the whole package when it stops raining.

I took my bathroom scales to the tire shop and weighed the tires with rims, weights and center caps, they were bouncing between 61 and 62 lbs

wow, that's pretty damn good... very light... you must feel a difference in acceleration... very nice wheels man

these would be awesome track wheels with a lighter weight tire... how much were they again?

Enkei GTC 01 Wheel 20x8.5 5x114.3

In 1986 Enkei became actively involved in motorsports by supplying 3-piece wheels to the F1 team, Minardi. In 1995 Enkei became an official supplier for team McLaren, which took championships home in 1998 and 1999. This team won four consecutive championships from 1996 to 1999. Enkei also supplies wheels to teams that race in the Japan GT Championship (JGTC), Super Taikyu, Formula Drift, Time Attack/Super Lap Battle, World Rally, SCCA, and D1 Drift.

All Enkei wheels are Spec-E. Enkei established its original test standard called Spec-E which is more rigorous test standards exceeding JWL requirements. Spec-E wheels represent Enkei's commitment to higher quality and safety, enthusiasm for racing, and passion for innovative design and performance.

Enkei's MAT processes make wheels strong and anti-flex. All MAT wheels are extremely strong and lightweight, which allows the car to accelerate faster and have more efficient braking, which in turn allows you to drive smoother and faster.

Enkei GTC 01 wheels features:

DURA-FLOW MAT: Enkei's MAT (Most Advanced Technology) process improves the molecular structure of aluminum and achieves wheels' weight reduction without sacrificing the strength. By improving material strength and changing rim profile, MAT evolved into DURA-FLOW MAT. While improved material and rim's profile optimize rims' strength and rigidity, new rim shape accommodates high performance large brakes.
TWIN VALVE: Allows accurate monitoring of tire pressure while maximizing tire and vehicle performance.
LIGHT-WEIGHT POCKET DESIGN: This innovative technique was created for the McLaren Mercedes Formula One machine. Shaving aluminum from the sides of the spokes relieves wheel stress and makes the wheel lighter, which is a crucial element in racing.
ANTI-SLIP PAINT: This special paint causes high friction where the wheel meets the tire. It reduces wheel spin to the tire during extreme acceleration.

Specs:
Size: 20x8.5
Offset: 40
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Bore Diameter: 75
Weight (lbs): 24.3
Finish: Hyper Black

.....

Thanks guys, I was going to get the OEM 20s but when I found out the weights I looked around and found these. I think the Hyper Black goes well with the color of my FX. The wheels come standard with two valve stems.

I went out and gave the FX a quick wash in the back yard, brrrr it's only 41F out right now and blowing, but the rain stopped.
So I snapped a few quick pics, and Yes I know I could use a drop, but not at the present time LOL.
