took car to infiniti of charlotte with burnt out fuse. instead of changing fuse, they did "electical diagnostic". i asked them to replace burnt fuse, they insisted they did not know which fuse was burnt out. never had call back from service manager? boycott infiniti of charlotte

Which fuse was it? Was it not a fuse that you can change yourself? Did they find anything wrong when they did the Dianostic?
