Hello can anyone tell me which parts I need and how I can get them to get my rear hatch to remotely open?????

On the inside(backside of the hatch), there is a little cover that pops off with a screwdriver, and it has a lever inside that should open the hatch manually.

Thanks but the remote won't open the rear hatch. So I'm thinking it's the relay swithc or something like that.

Ya it will probably have to be fixed but at least you can open it and check.

Do you mean you want to be open the rear hatch using your keyfob like a power lift gate?

No the only way the rear opens is from the inside using the hand lever. The button on the door and the remote on the key chain won't open the hatch. So I thinking it's the motor or sensor. Can anyone help or point me in the direction to buy one??

Remote on the key chain? Do 45s have a button on the fob that opens the rear hatch?

Ok, so I have 90,000 miles on my FX now and my lift gate is not unlocking. I'm thinking the motor went out.
Is this what I need:

also my front passenger door is not unlocking. I guess the solenoid is out also? does anyone have the link from Infinitsparts.com? I can't seem to find it.

You need the motor Carlos, #2 in that picture if the motor is out.

Thanks Pierce. Funny thing is that it opened this morning. Sometimes it wont open and sometimes it does. Same thing with my front passenger door. Also my cigarette lighter where I plug in my navi is not working. The orange light ring turns on, but it don't charge. Bad fuse perhaps?

If the actuator is going bad then it can be sporadic. But the cig thing I'm not sure, perhaps the navi unit is drawing too much power from the same line? Where do you plug in the navi?

I always plug it in there. But not charging anymore. The light turns on around the port, but no power. I am connecting it inside my center concole now.

Probably a blown fuse then or maybe a bad wire. Open her up and have a look Carlos.

yeah, but if you unlock your front passenger door, then the rear hatch opens. I forgot who on this thread mentioned it. Thanks for that advice. My front cig lighter is out. where is that fuse located? I need to plug my charger for my navi in the arm rest since the cig lighter is not working.
by unlocking the front passenger door, do you using the key? i unlock all using my keyfob and still cannot release the hatch.
my fuse box is under the left driver side near the pedals... im guessing all fuses are there?
im trying to determine if all i need to replace is the motor?
