What did you trade in to get your FX?

Had a 2003 Lexus GX470......wanted a muscle car/SUV........talked the ol'wifey into the FX. Couldn't be happier.....with the car. lol
 
I don't think I posted in this thread before but I traded in my M45.

I miss that car so much :(

It wasn't going to work out having that in NJ. RWD + Snow + Lowered = NO GOOD

I sold my 2003 BMW 530i 5 speed manual with Sport Package. It was hard letting go of that because many (me included) consider that E39 generation of BMWs to be the last of the classic era of bimmers that were great sport sedans without all the electronic aides and nannies you find on newer models. It was great fun to drive but I am enjoying my FX35 just as much. It will never handle with the precision of the bimmer but it is very good for a vehicle of its size and weight and I enjoy the extra room and AWD capability.
 
Sold my 2007 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 235,000+ miles for the FX. Was a great vehicle, but was missing something. The FX is making up for that! Thanks! :)
 
So yesterday I traded my baby in 2012 Umbra Twilight.... She will be sorely missed [emoji22]
