New Kinetix Racing SSV Intake Plenum

The first version was a waste of money, that is why they redesigned it. Not sure about the new velocity version though.

It is a hot manifold:

Wow. That is really nice lookin'. If it does, in fact, add 30 more HP, I will have to sign up to get one. I would like to see some result from the z/g guys first to see what the feedback is.

Anyone know if this can be used in conjunction with plenum spacer or LMS SRI or both?

Damn, but the +30 hp gain is at 6800 rpm. Only good for racing! That plenum does look hot though.....lick it after hard runs on the 1/4 mile stretch, that's sizzling......ouuuuch.

isn't it a better gain than a plenum spacer?

likely not

That's if you could ever get to 6800 . . . get a tune & have your limiters lifted. The VQ will happily hit 8000.

That's right.. The weird thing about the graph was that the 30hp claim occurs only after 6500. If they've removed the limited, it's most likely they have tuned the Z and not saying in that dyno.. First Kinetix was a POS. Caused power loss in some turbo applications for god's sake.. Stay away unless you're looking for bling rather than bang..

Doesn't appear to be very useable gains from that dyno. I'm not familiar with the brand, do they make quality stuff?

has anyone with turbo or supercharger used this kinetix ssv yet?
If f/i would this show better gains over mrev2 with 5/16" spacer or even mrev2 + 5/16" + upper plenum like aps or crawford?
