DMV Meet-DC/MD/VA - Feb 21st

Well my eibach springs got here.. Hopefully I will be able to get my struts this month too. And the braces will be on their way too . Hey my mods for the 21st are relatively easy(if I don't get the aluminum rail roof bars and cross bars) so for those that have 05 and under, if you buy the the material to do the moving nav mod, I'm willing to work on them while you guys do something else. Also we have tons of things to do. I think this meeting will need to be extend into the next day.. But that just me. You guys let me know what you think.

Braces
Maybe spacer/extended studs install
Rolling Nav Mod ?????
My headlight/foglight mods are on hold for the Turbo Mod, only going to remove the bumper once...lol.

I read somewhere that the braces are about a 15 minute job, since we'll be jacking the car up anyway, we could easily do the spacers as well.

Right now I'm not planning on doing anything to my FX for this meet. I don't think that's going to stop me from being pretty busy.

BTW, If the weather is nice enough, we could do up some dogs or burgers on the grill. What do you guys think?

Sounds excellent Bill, I don't have to rush this time, no games to watch...lol. Lets make this part of our procedures, if Drinks and Food are planned then lets plan to put in enough cash to cover the costs of the host. BTW...did you find out anything about the independent foglights being legal or not.
 
hey Bill I think it's not fair!! Your FX need a mod or she will feel left out!! So the 21st you are getting the input while moving nav mod!!!
Dogs and burgers sound great.. Everyone just bring item we will need! Plastic platesand cups, napkins, hotdogs and burgers, what else am I missing? LOL

Drinks!!!!!!!!!!!! No alchool !! I don't want anyone of us to get in a accident plus messed up their FXs!

What a great idea. If the weather works out nicely, please let us know what we can bring or contribute monetarily so you aren't saddled with the costs.

Do mean foglights running without the headlights being on as well? If so, I did not know there was a legal question there but I see that setup all the time.

Bill thought their might be an issue, so he was going to speak with someone he knew, a friend, neighbor who is in law enforcement. The issue was Highbeams and fogs at the same time.

I guess we will have to get together and help each other detail our FXs... Yes?
 
I will talk to my friend and see how much he'll charge to do the spring and struts... He'll be installing mine. So I'll will give him a call and see how much he would do it for.. But I know for sure it'll be cheaper than the stealership..
