home feature on our navigation.

:rolleyes:hey guys can anyone tell me how to reset or change the home on our navigation . it has the perviously owner of my fxs home and i wanted to put in my home address but i cant figure it out . if anyone can please help me out . il really aprreciate it . thanks
 
I have a 2003 fx 45, I believe the car has to be in park.

Then you go to settings and look for the GPS option to change
 
Got it for you:

-Turn car to acc
-press ok for navi safety screen
-wait till navi is up
-press settings button
-go to "navigation"
-scroll down to "erase memory"

---also has the option to edit addresses

that's it

For 2006-2008 Nav owners (Reference page 28 in your quick reference guide):

1) Press "Settings" button

2) Highlight "Navigation" then press ENTER

3) Highlight "Address Book" then press ENTER

4) Hightlight "Stored Location" then press ENTER

5) Highlight "Home Location" or any other stored location you want to delete and press ENTER

6) Highlight "Delete" then press ENTER

7) "Delete home location?" or "Delete stored location?" will appear on the screen.

8) Highlight "Yes" then press ENTER

9) Press "Map" to return back to map screen.
 
I am also trying to change my home location and erase some stored address. I do just as shown in the manual and this thread but I only get the options "Ok" or "Alter Location" there is no Delete option. I have a 2006 FX 35
