Hi guys, I'm new to the forum. My name is Luc and I am the almost new owner of an FX50s, platinium graphite with java leather & black lacquer. "Almost" because my car just arrived at the dealer yesterday, and I'll get it on Friday. Dudes... do I have to tell you how excited I am?
Happy to discover this forum.

Welcome to the scene, you are going to love your FX.

Any mods in the future?

Wheeeeh! Guys, I'm thrilled by your fast answers! Thanks!
Yes... I'll definitely take pics and post 'em. Regarding mods... dunno yet. I was thinking about a power chip to start with. I guess it's too early to hear about any experiences with an FX50s, is it? Won't be going for exhaust though (wife pulled warning signal about "noise" after I did some intake 'n exhaust stuff on previous MX5 and RX8). Gnnnn!

If you do the exhaust right away....she wont know...tell her its louder/deeper because the exhaust is broken in!

Welcome and many congrats on the new FX. I notice that you are a Mazda enthusiast. Big RX8 fan here.

Welcome to :iS: all things FX:tup::tup:
Be carefull on chipping your FX allot of the chips out there claim to increases HP and fuel economy when in fact all they do is lean up your fuel/air mixture. Leaner is not better!
I have rode through Belgium on bycicle when I was a kid beutiful countryside. I used to live in Limbourg(province),Brunsum(city),Netherlands.
Enjoy your new FX.

Welcome and many congrats on the new FX. I notice that you are a Mazda enthusiast. Big RX8 fan here.
Hey Pupp, yeah... RX8 was my last ride. Just sold it to buy the FX50s. It was a tough one, but worth the separation, if you see what I mean. Lots of RX8 sides stories to share if you want.

Thanks to all of you for the warm welcome. Pick up of my new ride is scheduled tomorrow... Really excited. Will send pics later.
