Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust installed....

I finally got this thing installed. It came off a G35. My car is an 06 FX35, RWD, with no other engine mods. This is the complete Y-pipe back setup. Fitment was very good, as to be expected with all Fujitsubo products. I went ahead and installed polyurethane hangers just in case it had clearance issues (but it doesn't). The tips are huge(~4") but the walls are thin. It is very quiet. One can argue it is even more quiet than stock but does have a deeper rumble to it, which is all I wanted. NO droning whatsoever.

looks good - it does sound a lil bit quieter than stock though.
 
Looks good, those are some monster looking tips! The sound is quite tame though. Which is great if that's what you are going for.
 
wait...that sound smore muffled then when i heard it in person on an m35x...are oyu sure you arne tmissign anything or something?

still sounds good though

the sedan mufflers are different than the ones used on coupes....i dont think I am missing anything at all...FGK legalis R line is known for being quiet....

i only revved it up to 4500 RPM or so....
 
I got the Fuji Y pipe on mine. Great quality....wanted to get the full mid and muffler...but never heard the sound before so I was hesitant.

Sounds good man....would really like to hear it taking off and driving by with cruising and WOT.

I wanted to include a video like that too but I need to find a good stretch to do so.

My Y-pipe is also from a G35. I am not sure if the Z Y-pipe will fit. I've read about fitment issues on true duals but mine fit perfectly with no issues at all. The muffler shop was even surprised that it fit so well :.smile:
 
That's so good to know. Sorry man, one more question, I remeber the Y-pipe for FX35 AWD and RWD is different. What model is your FX, (AWD or RWD)? I really appreciated your help and informative info. :tup:
