Question: what is the purpose of having spacers and is there a chance they'll come aloose and you lose your wheel?

Purpose is to bring your outer rim lip more flush with your fender. Just like with rims if you keep them properly torqued, they should not come loose.

and it will help from body roll cause more center of gravity

help reduce body roll because of a wider wheel base. center of gravity doesnt change.

I had 20mm spacers and did not have problems with loose nuts. I had a stripped bolt, due to a bad mechanic.

ehhh i doubt you will see much change in body roll when you move your tires out 2 cm.

In theory its supposed to help, but I agree that the change is not really noticeable. The main thing that you will notice is the look. If done right the wheels will not look tucked under your ride.

Im defiantly looking to install spacers sometime in the spring.. What would you all recommend as far as spacers go (brand) ect. also where to get them from..

H&R spacers seem to have a quality product. I used them for over a year without any problems.

I went with 22X9 with +15 offset so no spacers were used and acheived same result moving the wheels out to fender well. Also since no spacers were used I got more lip!!!!

Looks like a perfect offset. Do you have any pics showing them more from the rear?

MTN FX NEXT STEP LOWERING IT =]:.smile::.smile::tup::tup:
Next will be the GT Spec rear cross braces I have allready then I plan on getting front braces. I was going to get the H&R' springs but after all the snow we recently had I'm still debating on lowering it. I want too but a little worried about clearance for snow.
